Step One: Preliminary Conversation

  • A free initial consultation to discuss your goals, expectations, and desired outcomes for the coaching program. 
  • Overview of the program’s structure, timeline, and objectives. 
  • Clear agreement on the financial terms, ground rules, and how the process will work. 

Step Two: Pre-Coaching Questionnaire

$50 USD

Completion of a detailed Pre-Coaching Questionnaire, designed to evaluate the your current strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

The questionnaire will focus on: 

  • Sales Skills Assessment: Identifying current sales abilities and challenges. 
  • Goals and Priorities: Long-term and short-term professional objectives. 
  • Business and Market Awareness: Understanding client’s market knowledge and competitive positioning. 
  • Time and Activity Management: Evaluating current productivity and organizational strategies. 
  • Sales Process Expertise: Reviewing client’s understanding of and adherence to sales processes. 

Step Three: First Formal Meeting & Analysis of Questionnaire

60 minutes- $120 USD

Review and analyze the Pre-Coaching Questionnaire together.

Establish clear objectives for the coaching program, focusing on the Four Core Quadrants of Professional Sales Success:

  • Business Management and Market Development 
  • Activity and Time Management 
  • Mastering the Sales Process 

Develop a roadmap for achieving these objectives, tailored specifically to the client’s needs.

Step Four: Coaching Sessions – Focus on the Four Quadrants

8 x 30-minute coaching sessions
(1 session every 2 weeks over 4 month)

 $60 USD per session (total: $480 USD)

Each session will focus on one or more of the Four Core Quadrants, including actionable strategies to improve performance:

Step Five: Continued Support and Advanced Strategies

Step Six (Optional): Ongoing Coaching

  • If additional support is required after the program, clients may choose to continue coaching on a month-by-month basis.

Fees for coaching sessions will need to be pre-paid in advance of sessions happening. In other words, the participant in the program must maintain a positive balance in their account with James Heidema Consulting.
